Who we are

Zeldoc was founded to solve a problem that many enterprises face: adopting AI without compromising on data privacy, governance and control. We build the infrastructure, private language models and governance tools that let organisations deploy AI on their own terms - fully private, fully governed and fully theirs.

Our platform runs on European infrastructure with GDPR and AI Act readiness, Zero Data Retention by design for core products with local/EU models, and enterprise-grade security at every layer. From private AI assistants to custom enterprise workflows, Zeldoc gives organisations a complete AI platform without depending on third-party cloud APIs or public model providers.

The people behind Zeldoc

Founder & partners

Martin Mose Facondini is the founder of Zeldoc and a driving force behind the company's vision for private, governed enterprise AI. With a background in enterprise consulting and technology leadership, Martin has spent his career helping organisations adopt emerging technologies in ways that are practical, secure and aligned with business goals.

Under his leadership, Zeldoc has grown from an idea into a full enterprise AI platform - combining private language models, governance tooling and European infrastructure into a solution that gives organisations true AI sovereignty.

Vertica is a Danish consulting house with over 25 years of experience in enterprise IT, software development and digital transformation. As a Zeldoc co-founder, Vertica brings deep expertise in AI implementation, enterprise architecture and business process optimisation - helping organisations design, deploy and adopt AI solutions on the Zeldoc platform.

Vertica's team of consultants, developers and AI specialists works alongside Zeldoc's customers from initial assessment to full-scale deployment - covering governance, security architecture, custom AI assistants and business workflow integration.
