Bring governed AI into every workflow.

ZConnect is an add-on to ZRouter that connects approved frontier models to Microsoft 365 and the business systems your employees already use. It lets people work with governed AI directly inside Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and other daily workflows, while IT keeps central control over access, policies, audit and usage through Zeldoc.

ZConnect extends ZRouter into the applications where work happens. Approved models such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini become available inside Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and selected business systems, giving employees AI assistance directly inside their daily tools.

Use ZConnect to draft emails, rewrite documents, summarise meetings, generate presentations, analyse spreadsheet content and automate knowledge workflows - all while maintaining central governance, audit logging, policy control and usage visibility through Zeldoc.

ZConnect routes to external frontier models hosted outside the EU. When using ZConnect, prompts and inference data leave the EU data region and are processed on the external model provider's infrastructure (e.g. USA). Zero Data Retention cannot be guaranteed for these calls, and the external provider's own data retention policies apply. Zeldoc maintains governance, audit logging and policy control through Zeldoc, but customers are responsible for ensuring a legal basis for the transfer under GDPR Art. 44-49.
