Pricing terms & conditions
All prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT. Danish customers are charged 25% VAT; EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID are charged via reverse charge. Monthly billing can be cancelled with 1 month's written notice. Annual billing gives a 20% discount but commits the customer to a 12-month binding period - annual prepayment is non-refundable if cancelled during the binding period. After the binding period, the subscription continues on a monthly basis with the applicable notice period.
Token usage exceeding included amounts is billed as passthrough at Zeldoc's actual cost without markup. For external frontier models via ZRouter/ZConnect, token costs depend on the external provider's pricing (typically billed in USD) and may fluctuate with currency exchange rates. Subscription fees are non-refundable. See Terms for full details.
