ZRouter is Zeldoc's enterprise AI gateway, giving organisations governed access to 40+ leading frontier models-including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini-through a single, consistent API. It replaces fragmented model subscriptions, billing and access with one secure gateway that handles routing, provider abstraction, analytics and policy enforcement.

With smart routing, teams select models based on performance, cost, capabilities or organisational rules, while ZRouter manages access to multiple providers behind a consistent enterprise API. Organisations can bring their own model agreements and keys. Zeldoc routes requests as technical intermediary, while the customer retains responsibility for the provider agreement and legal basis for data transfers.

ZRouter gives IT and business owners full usage visibility, making it possible to monitor model consumption, control spend and enforce policies at the gateway level-without exposing data to fragmented vendor accounts.

Data sovereignty note. ZRouter can route to both local/EU-hosted models and external frontier models. When routing to local/EU models, data stays in the EU with Zero Data Retention. When routing to external frontier models (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), prompts and inference data leave the EU at inference, Zero Data Retention cannot be guaranteed, and the external provider's own data retention policies apply.
