ZConnect is included with every ZRouter plan and gives your users the Claude Office plugin - Claude inside Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel - routed through ZRouter. Employees work with AI directly inside their daily tools, while IT keeps central control over access, policies and usage through Zeldoc.

Use it to draft emails, rewrite documents, summarise meetings, generate presentations and analyse spreadsheet content - with central governance, policy control and usage visibility through Zeldoc.

ZConnect routes to external frontier models hosted outside the EU. When using ZConnect, prompts and inference data leave the EU data region and are processed on the external model provider's infrastructure (e.g. USA). Zero Data Retention cannot be guaranteed for these calls, and the external provider's own data retention policies apply. Zeldoc maintains governance and policy control through Zeldoc, but customers are responsible for ensuring a legal basis for the transfer under GDPR Art. 44-49. See Privacy Policy for details.
